Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our veterinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong surgical skills and a passion for animal welfare, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload primarily involving small animals. The incoming Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing all professional services, implementing veterinary and patient care policies and procedures, licenses, and related matters, and will ultimately serve as “Veterinarian in charge.”

Qualifications
- Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
- Outstanding dexterity in handling animals while performing precise tasks
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
- Strong fondness and understanding of animals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of animal behavior
- Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
